Copper Beech follows the Boston Public Schools’ schedule of vacation and holiday closings. We also offer a full day (8 to 5:30) summer camp program in July and August.
Method of Payment
Payments may be made with a personal check and are due on the first of each month.
Tuition Deposits
The $250 dollar non-refundable tuition deposit that is required along with the return of your Enrollment Application will be applied to the last month of tuition upon departure from Copper Beech.
Additional Program and Activity Fees
There are no additional program fees. Our extended day program and professionally instructed activities are offered at no additional charge so that all children and families may share the same experience.
Food and Transportation Fees
Occasionally, children in the Preschool will take field trips to the library, a museum or a park via public or private transportation. Parents will be notified in advance if a fee will be required.
Late Fees
A Late Pickup Fee is charged to families who pickup their children late (5:30 unless otherwise noted on early release days). The fee is $5 for the first ten minutes and $5 for each additional ten minutes.
Sibling Discount
A 10 percent discount is offered to families with siblings. The discount is applied to the lesser tuition.
